Hubsmith Wheelset Warranty Policy

If your product is purchased from a Hubsmith-authorized dealership, please turn to the last page of your warranty card and register the product serial number starting with the HS digital code online. Please note that the product registration and login validity period must be 30 days after purchasing the product. The registration needs to be completed within 30 days and the warranty card needs to have the sales stamp or receipt of the distribution stores (such as invoices and screenshots of sales details). A one-year limited warranty is available after logging in.

After you purchase the product, if there is a defect in the product and it is determined by us to be a non-man-made defect, please bring the warranty card to the original purchase store for repair and parts replacement.


If your product is in the following situations, it will not be included in the coverage of return and after-sales service:

  1. This product is not authorized and sold by Hubsmith.
  2. The product warranty card cannot be presented and there is no Hubsmith stamp, the stamp of the authorized dealer, the date of sale, and the corresponding product model.
  3. The warranty card has been reprinted or altered.
  4. The product serial number included in the wheel set has been artificially removed, damaged or unrecognizable.
  5. The product has been processed, disassembled, assembled and rebuilt by a non-original factory, resulting in a malfunction of the mechanism.
  6. The product is not assembled and used with the original accessories, resulting in poor damage.
  7. Damage caused by product exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, fire, water, etc.
  8. Improper installation, disassembly, and maintenance without following the recommendations of the product manual.
  9. Consumables (components) that are judged to be non-artificial defects can be replaced free of charge within the warranty. If the out-of-warranty items need to be replaced, maintained, etc., labor, consumables, etc. will be charged. For related consulting services, please contact the sales store.   10. The sound or vibration produced by the front and rear hubs does not affect the general function.
  11. Irresistible natural disasters.
  12. The product is not used in accordance with normal regulations, resulting in damage to the wheel set. (Collision damage caused by external factors such as traffic accident, vehicle collision, impact, pinch damage, transportation damage, misuse, overturning, falling into a ditch or other accidental collision, etc.)
  13. It is normal for all products to have 5%~10% processing traces in the metal processing process. If the safety is not affected, it is not applicable to the scope of return and exchange reasons.

Where can I find information about product warranty?

You can first go to the official Hubsmith online shop website to register as a member. After completing the registration, go to the warranty area to register your product. After receiving your registration message, we will review the product items you applied for and the content you filled in to issue the warranty date. In the future, you can view the registered products in the member area.

What should I pay attention to if my product is sent to the original factory for repair?

If your wheel set needs to be sent back to the original factory for repair, please note that because Hubsmith has basic operating procedures in product inspection and QC, there will be a fixed product re-inspection method after receiving your product. It takes 15 to 20 working days (excluding delivery days) for the basic process flow if there is no shortage of material parts.

How to deal with products that have expired warranty?

If your product is out of warranty and needs to be repaired, you can go to the original purchase store or our cooperating retail store for repairs (material and labor costs will be incurred). If the repaired part cannot be dealt with immediately by the store, please provide photos and videos so that we can evaluate the controllable scope of the repair. You can write to service@hubsmithstore.com and we will evaluate and quote the information you provide (including labor costs, material costs, etc.).
