If your product is purchased from a Hubsmith-authorized dealership, please turn to the last page of your warranty card and register the product serial number starting with the HS digital code online. Please note that the product registration and login validity period must be 30 days after purchasing the product. The registration needs to be completed within 30 days and the warranty card needs to have the sales stamp or receipt of the distribution stores (such as invoices and screenshots of sales details). A one-year limited warranty is available after logging in.
After you purchase the product, if there is a defect in the product and it is determined by us to be a non-man-made defect, please bring the warranty card to the original purchase store for repair and parts replacement.
If your product is in the following situations, it will not be included in the coverage of return and after-sales service:
You can first go to the official Hubsmith online shop website to register as a member. After completing the registration, go to the warranty area to register your product. After receiving your registration message, we will review the product items you applied for and the content you filled in to issue the warranty date. In the future, you can view the registered products in the member area.
If your wheel set needs to be sent back to the original factory for repair, please note that because Hubsmith has basic operating procedures in product inspection and QC, there will be a fixed product re-inspection method after receiving your product. It takes 15 to 20 working days (excluding delivery days) for the basic process flow if there is no shortage of material parts.
If your product is out of warranty and needs to be repaired, you can go to the original purchase store or our cooperating retail store for repairs (material and labor costs will be incurred). If the repaired part cannot be dealt with immediately by the store, please provide photos and videos so that we can evaluate the controllable scope of the repair. You can write to service@hubsmithstore.com and we will evaluate and quote the information you provide (including labor costs, material costs, etc.).
