If you purchased through the physical store of a local Hubsmith distribution partner, you will need to bring the following items with you before going for repairs:

1. Product purchase list and receipt.
2. Original factory warranty card (with serial number starting with HS- code).
3. The product to be repaired.

If you purchased through the official Hubsmith store, you need to attach:

1. Photos and videos of parts to be repaired. As clearly as possible, specifically indicate where the product is damaged and needs to be repaired.
2. Order number.

And send it to service@hubsmithstore.com. After we receive your message, we will evaluate the picture you provided and assist you in arranging follow-up repair process.

Hubsmith mini wheels are all lightweight, please note that the combined rider and luggage load does not exceed 100kg. Also because of its lightweight design, do not install the tires of BMX bicycles. Any stunts, intentional, irregular jumping up and down ridding behavior that damage the wheel set and the hub are strictly prohibited.

Any destructive riding style will affect product life, warranty, and user safety. Please refer to the product manual for the correct riding and assembly method and pay attention to our updated warranty policy at any time.
